Our Founders
Jean pierre
COOJean Pierre Peña is the Chief Operating Officer of ProJem Solutions, where he oversees daily operations and ensures the company runs efficiently and at the highest standards. He began his professional journey studying Hospitality and Management at Miami Dade College (MDC), building a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and organizational leadership.
Over the years, Jean Pierre gained valuable experience in the medical industry, where he developed discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure. Alongside his professional career, he also worked hands-on as a handyman and in landscaping, expanding his skill set across multiple trades. His practical expertise includes electrical work, plumbing, and landscaping, giving him a well-rounded understanding of property maintenance and operations.
Today, Jean Pierre combines his technical skills and management background to lead day-to-day operations, support employees, and ensure every project is completed with quality and care. His leadership style is rooted in hard work, accountability, and a commitment to excellence in every detail.
CEOMichel
Michel is the CEO and Founder of ProJem Solutions, where she leads the company’s vision, growth, and daily operations. She began her academic journey studying Mass Communications and Journalism at Miami Dade College (MDC), which led her into the radio and broadcast industry, where she worked with several radio and television stations and built strong experience in communication, media, and public engagement.
She later returned to MDC to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. With a strong foundation in both media and business, Michel went on to establish ProJem Solutions, combining her creative communication skills with strategic business leadership.
Michel brings extensive experience in business administration, marketing, and client relations. She oversees hiring, manages client communications, and serves as the main point of contact for all potential and current clients. She also handles the company’s backend operations.
Her leadership style is centered on organization, communication, and growth, ensuring that both clients and team members receive the highest level of support and professionalism.
